There are 2 locations for this business, but they both take U-haul returns. We returned our trailer to the site that was closed. Just dropped it off, called the office and let them know. Again, everything went smoothly!GINA D.

This location was over 100 miles away from the location that I listed as my pickup location. This cost me 3.5 hours and at least 14 gallons of gas. This is not the fault of the location but U-Haul in general. I called U-Haul to complain and they responded with "there are other customers that have to travel 500 miles to get their equipment" that is garbage customer service and that just tells me that you are willing to treat me worse than you already are. Next time I will go to Penske.Michael S.
The vehicle was originally reserved in Aberdeen SD. I had to drive 110 miles one-way to retrieve this vehicle to complete the move. I would recommend compensating the renter in some way other than giving additional miles back to the moving location. After flying from Tennessee to Aberdeen SD, I basically had no other option than to pick this vehicle up to complete the move. I was notified a vehicle was not available in Aberdeen while on my lay over in Minneapolis. Very fortunate Sheehan reached out to meet our needs.Dwight H.

This feedback is regarding the corporate office in Fargo, ND. In an effort to improve the customer experience for everyone I recommend you hire more employees so the phone can be answered. Sitting on hold for over an hour is never a pleasant experience for anyone. Up to the day of rental I was left knowing nothing about where I should pick vehicle up (Sheehan's have several locations); I could only get ahold of the local office and unfortunately they were at the mercy of corporate. On the day of moving (over 200 miles away) the vehicle I rented an paid for was NOT available with no other vehicles available. After 2hrs of waiting for corporate to pick up phone and a vehicle to arrive I ended up with resorting to a trailer (zero discount). Thank God I had a truck to do so otherwise I would've been without anything. Moving is stressful enough and u can ease moving day stress for your customer by having the items available at the time agreed upon in the contract as well as good customer service & communication between local & corporate office.Misty F.

When I made the reservation the total came to around $130 when I picked the uhaul up it needed up being $260. Don't know how the price changed that dramatically but that was ridiculous. Wasn't necessarily the locations problem but uhaul itselfbridger J.

Did not go inside the building, or communicate with any employees; I dropped my cargo trailer off on a Sunday when this location is closed, and followed the instructions on the phone app to turn in the trailer. VERY easy instructions and everything worked great!michelle T.

Answer the phone when someone calls in, don't put them on hold for 25 minutes! My brother spent at least 4 hours on the phone trying to get something straightened out and never did. Ridiculous as long as he was put on hold. If you are busy, take a name and number and call them back, the music was awful, static and hard to listen to for 25 minutes. Also, we had to tell someone who called that the trailer had been returned, the information wasn't forwarded to the right place.Bruce M.
