Truck was filthy Gentleman did not know what he was doing we were there for 25 mins trying to add a driver truck was empty on gas and didnt go over the vehicle with us place was in a shady nieghbor hood not good for familys

Better communication
EDWARD NParty lot was icy and not salted causing me to fall and hurt my shoulder, back and hip and have to make a doctor appointment to get looked at. Poor location to rent a truck. Very disappointing.
