Unfortunately, the scheduled pickup location did not have the truck size we ordered. We had to pick up the truck 60 miles from the original pickup location. Fortunately, we were able to make it to that location on our travel day before they closed. I wanted the thank the gentleman responsible for that location for staying a little after closing time to accommodate our schedule. I also appreciate the two comped days for this inconvenience. I also recommend having someone look at the door in the back, as it was a bit hard to open all the way and close. I only mention this because we rented the same size truck 4 weeks prior and its door went up and down super easy.
