The convenience of the location meant that our overall miles were less than 5 which was fantastic. The U=Haul App however was a nightmare! It wanted Account Verification but would only send the one-time code to an old landline we used over 3 years ago or an email which was only accessible at our home where we, obviously, weren't.

Doug HThe app for returning the unit did not accept our location and we had to call uhaul, the First Lady we spoke with Vernita Nash was extremely helpful and accommodating, the following day when we had not received our receipt we had to contact uhaul again by phone, this lady was rude, and condescending. I was trying to get a problem solved and she was not helpful at all. Because of her attitude I will not use your service again. I am willing to pay more for the service and be treated with respect.
