Owner of store came over as soon as we arrived to help us, great guy and made sure everything was set for us, even helped with light check. I have rented many trailers or the last 4 years with my girls in college and you don't find help like these days!

Erica BI made a reservation for a car hauler trailer on the Uhaul website to picknup in Escanaba MI. I was about 30 minutes late when I walked in. Grace the representative apologized, but the one trailer that they had was already rented out for the day. She gave me 3 choices for the same trailer and none of them worked for me. I was on a timeline. I offered some options and I ended up picking up a smaller trailer enroute to my pickup location for the purchase I had made. Intially very unhappy, however Grace did everything in her power to fulfill the rental. She handled the pressure like a champ.
