Very convenient for our location

I did everything asked of me online. Completed the online tasks for pre check in. Added the drivers licenses for both drivers. Everything was approved and set, upon arrival it took 30 min because we had to redo the entire process, which was frustrating since it was already done. The truck was very nice and it good condition and worked well for the job. After returning 4 hours earlier than expected, I thought I might get a cheaper price but didn’t. Also after returning I tried multiple times to upload the photo I took showing the mileage and fuel and the site doesn’t give the option to upload a photo feom the camera roll. It wants you to take it live, but at this point I had already given back the keys. Improve the online process, and photo uploading options. Don’t make people check in online and again in person wasting their time and offer a discount when equipment is returned earlier than the agreed on time.

I very much appreciated having a trailer rental available so close.

Was not able to use store to check out person was not qualified to do U-Haul and system was done. Truck was dirty in cab and the back was dirty. Smelled like shit in the back with mud all over.

I made reservations for trailer by phone and not where I picked up the trailer. The reservation clerk totally got my name wrong which caused a big delay in picking up the trailer
