2100 S. 400 W. location parked the van in between two others so I had to switch locations. The shell location said there was representative but there was just the gas station employee. I asked if they could help me and they said scan the QR code outside(which is for drop off). Unhelpful, finally asked if they can just give the keys and they did

Uhaul had a flat driver side tire I had to put air in it, and the cab or truck was dirty.
