Absolute Tom foolery. Said I lost the truck when I dropped it off in the lost as instructed. District manager is an absolute joke with zero professionalism and tried to charge me qb extra day because I dropped it off within the 24 hr time frame but on a holiday, so they checked it in the day after and tried to uo charge me $60. Will never be renting with U-Haul again. An absolute joke
