Better training for employees. Very helpful pleasant employee but he thought the trailer was seated and locked down on hitch. The other lady that was with me and I both knew better from living on the farm and having knowledge so persisted to lick it down in place. This could have been bad for the wrong person. I also reserved a furniture dolly the site said was available but it was not so had to go back home and get my own dolly. Otherwise great experience. Equipment worked great.
Stephanie NWas supposed to pick trailer up at noon. Only 1 person at store can do the paperwork. He didn't come in until almost 1pm. Trailer was an antique in poor condition . They do uhaul as a side deal and don't seem to care about the customer at all.
Douglas CFirst, the rate was twice what the rental was for the same size trailer for the same, exact route but three three days later. I get there may be some variance due to demand, but more than twice the rate? Secondly, I basically had to hook up the trailer myself because the "uHaul" expert was uncomfortable doing so. I had to walk her through checking to make sure my lights worked, for instance. If I could have rated below "poor," I would have done so.

ROBERT GThe drop off location is given to you, but there is no instructions on what you are to do with the truck or where to park the truck. This is a huge parking lot with several businesses. It took me 30 minutes to park, then find someone that I could give the keys too and find out if I was parked right. There was no key drop box, and then about an hour to find someone to help me. However when i did find the right person; she was very helpful and wanted to make sure I was handled correctly. It seems that maybe for this location, there should be instructions when you and how to take and park the truck and which business to turn the keys into. This would be helpful.

Ronald DThey don't know what they are doing at this location. It takes double the time than at other locations. They repeat steps that have already been completed. AND THERE IS NO AGTER HOURS DROP BOX! Staff working in the gas station have no clue what to do. It took 20 minutes to drop off a key! Ridiculous!!!
Lori CCheck in took over an hour to complete making me late for my appointment pick up. It was surprising given that I had but all this information into your website to secure the reservation. The furniture mover was not available as requested. As I have never rented a moving vehicle before, I cannot judge the experience as normal or abnormal. The rental location was very nice and a beautiful facility.

Cheri WVery unorganized. Didn't explain many things made the contract incorrectly which led to a overage on the mileage.
dan sNot clearly marked what entrance to use for return. There was construction on the lot that made it even more difficult. Had issues with app for return and no one could assist, even though it was during their open hours. The guy at desk couldn't check it in for me. Only advice was to call uhaul customer service. Don't know how anyone successfully picks up from that location. If I was a person who didn't use technology this place would not work for drop off. Will avoid using this location in the future.

Salik UPerson doing rentals was not there at my appointment time. He was new to the process and had difficulty with his handheld device.
Helen SNot give your customers a broken uhaul, let them pack everything, then spend an hour on hold with someone until they said I had to go get the engine checked. Who rents such an expensive vehicle and expects every issue possible? Guess I should start looking for other moving options.
