It is always best to deal business face to face with us the customers. The tasks to do on your own is doable (luckily I managed) but regular folks will not be able to follow the entire directions online or by phone that easily. Also, the degree of confidence of doing business without physical service may not be as high yet. Finally, it isn't quite a good customer service to tell the customer do all these (photos, etc) when that should have been the job of the guy across.

DEMETRIUS AThere is no room to park the units in the location and there were cars parked in the area, it made it very difficult to drop the trailer. I let the lady that they need a larger area to drive and drop trailers.
