You guys wrongfully charge me over $70 and no one couldn’t help me worst costumer service I come across in my life and that will be the last time I’m doing business with uhaul

Approximately 50 large moving blankets stored in truck! Didn't notice until at my destination had yo take them all out to use truck then put back. Major inconvenience caused me time and money! Will never use u haul again

For starters, UPDATE your online services so that if a dolly, for instance, is NOT offered at given pick up location, I (the customer) am not able to add it to my cart, get charged for it and THEN be told later that I cannot receive a refund. I had to purchase a dolly through my own means because of U-Hauls unprofessionalism. Also, your system states that if one creates an online account with U-Haul, their reservation is available for 24/7 edit, which was a huge lie given I could not edit my drop off location because I was able to book a location that just so happens to lock off their entire parking lot leaving no access for a later drop off. My most recent experience with U-Haul was not my first but it will most definitely be my last. I was on the phone with corporate for over an hour, being transferred from one person to the next being treated as if it was my first time speaking to someone; thus, having to continuously regurgitate my drop off situation only to be disconnected and left with an unresolved issue. I was promised a full re-fund by a representative for my experience and am still waiting just for a refund of my dolly, even more so the entire vehicle. Truly, this made my partner and I’s moving day so much more stressful than it already was. I’m incredibly disappointed in this establishment and will never use it again. I do not recommend.

The Gas station manager need to provide training to employees since they are not aware of Uhaul use or procedures regarding check equipment in or out...It took over 30 minutes to check our and an hour to check in
