Don't send an email so quickly that equipment was not returned. I was.told I had until 5pm. I had to work. It was returned at 330.

MICHAEL JHave someone who can walk a customer through the checkin process. I received nothing from the desk clerk there, a mechanic showed me to the parking spot. If I didn’t go to the app the drop off would have been incomplete. The process should be more apparent and transparent! Even if the clerk informed me of the process to check out via the app would have been appropriate. I hope my claim does not meet with similar disregard and ambivalence

Joshuah KReservation was made, then I later got an email saying my pickup location that I made at time of reservation was no longer available. Not sure why it let me make the reservation there, in that case? I was moved to this location, and U-Haul email indicated it was now self-pickup, via the app. Well, this pickup location is in a geographic spot with zero cell phone service, so the app and self-service pickup would not work. Wait time to talk to a Uhaul rep was ridiculously long. Very frustrating experience as a whole, mostly because of U-Haul switching the location from one with actual person to a self-service spot and the ensuing complications. Poor job by U-Haul in multiple instances made for a poor experience.
ERIC CThe system in which the customer pre-pay for the truck based on estimated mileage it's questionable. I have yet to hear back from you all although I use half the amount of violets that I estimate I would like to know they're going to be charged less.

NICOS NAlthough I completed online check-in in advance, it took 45 minutes for the clerk to locate my reservation, check me in, and hand me the keys. I received no instructions and told to check my text and email if I had any questions. The vehicle itself was in excellent condition.

Joanna JThe men who work at this station are super professional. Really kind people. The truck was so clean, drove super well and was large enough to move a queen bed, a large couch, a dining room set, etc. all in one shot.
