Reserved a 4 x 8 trailer and was given confirmation that the trailer was reserved via a text message. When I arrived at the location, they told me that they have not rented out trailers for some time and that they did not have the trailer that I reserved. I drove 4 hours on a Sunday to pick up the trailer and then go and pick-up a riding lawnmower in the same town. I was told that they did not have one. They did call another location only after I requested that they call??? When told that the location was a local shell gas station... I asked for the address and/or directions... they told me I could google it?? When I arrived at the first shell location in Wisconsin Rapids it was not the correct Shell Gas Station. I needed to make call and was told of another location. When I arrive at that location, they did have one 4 x 8 trailer that they would rent to me. The paperwork was all messed up with the wrong number on the paperwork and the wrong License number associated with the trailer. Almost did not have a trailer after getting confirmation one was reserved for me at the 2411 8th St S location.

Our rental never got checked in! We had to go back to the drop off location and demand the truck be checked in. Then he denied it was him who was there at drop off. It was the same agent. Before drop off, we filled the tank, drove less than a mile to drop off, and he tried to tell us we would be charged for a full tank of gas. Thank goodness we took pictures!!! This was a very poor experience overall and we will never rent from U-Haul again. We will be referring everyone to some other truck rental company.
JOSEPH SI would not allow this location to represent your company. Extremely unprofessional, just stop in and see for yourself. They charged me for insurance when I did not ask or want it. They would not give me a paper copy of my contract. They could not use the U-Haul interface and I had to assist in imputing information.
CHRISTOPHER HThe customer service provider at that location was extremely rude. He was on FaceTime with his girlfriend during the entire exchange and made it seem like I was inconveniencing him by being there to pick up my truck. He gave no information about the process and did not review equipment with me. One of the worst customer service experiences I have ever had.
