Limited parking, but you can fill the truck right there which is nice
Emily HI specifically asked when picking up the truck if I had to bring it back with a full tank or what. I was told “don’t worry about the gas”. I then drove the truck from the moving point to where we were moving the items, and knowing the truck drop off was open until 9:00 figured I had time to unload and get there. In the mean time, I had to buy some gas since the tank was almost empty(“don’t worry about the gas”? I thought, but then maybe they should have given me enough for my trip). I arrived at the truck drop off store at 8:00 and noticed as I was pulling in the driveway the open sign suddenly turned off. This seemed intentional since you can’t miss a 15 truck pulling into this lot. So I walked to the door and it was locked but someone was still behind the desk who looked at me and pointed to his wrist as though to say it’s too late - even though it was only 8:00 and the posted hours say 9:00. I held up the keys to the truck and motioned what do I do with these? He pointed to a drop box which I then dropped them in. This should be the end of a poor customer service story, however, the person behind the desk came out of the building and I mentioned that I was told I didn’t have to worry about the gas but I had to buy some. He said I was supposed to bring it back as full as when I picked it up. This clearly was not what I was told when I picked up the vehicle. So I told him I had already put the keys in the drop box. He then unlocked the lock box and gave me the keys back so I could put gas in it. Which I did. It will be a long time before I use UHaul again if ever. The poor instructions at pick up point and poor customer service at the drop off (which ids the only interaction I had with anyone from U-Haul) leaves me quite miffed.

bryan dThe location did not have the number of moving blankets I requested in my order. The store manager did reduce the charges to just the blankets that were available.
DAVID Wdid not have the equipment I had requested and could not find any close by and then it took 20 minutes for him to figure out how to credit me for the equipment that i had paid for but was not available
BRADLEY JEmployee in the location was on a personal FaceTime call the entire time he was attempting to help me. Location was a gas station. He had to stop helping me to ring up other customers twice. Employee kept talking to the woman on his cell phone. Very unprofessional. Truck ended up having a fan that didn’t work, so no heat or AC. Truck also blew a fuse for the trailer lights, which I had to buy fuses at an auto parts store to fix the light problem.

Gregory FThe people that helped me were very good and helpful. The only issue was the UHaul website was having issues. Disappointing in that part as it was an unnecessary delay.
BRIAN BI picked this up the day after a snowfall, and the trailer had been plowed in with deep snow all around it. It also was parked in a position where there was no room to back a vehicle up to it. I had to walk through the snow drifts to the trailer, then rotate it around myself to get it to where I could get it onto my hitch. I was lucky I was able to do it myself, as there certainly would have been no help available at this location. The attendant in the store did not know the code for the U-Haul reservation system, so he had to call someone for that. Then the wifi was so slow on the computer he was using that he could not get my driver's license picture to upload, so he asked if he could borrow my phone to use it as a hotspot to connect to his computer. After about 20 minutes in the store, he was finally able to complete the checkin. I will never again consider renting from this location.
DARYL JThe staff went above and beyond to help us. They were amazing and when the cashier needed additional assistance he called the owner who video chatted with us and got us the help we needed. We will be using this gas station from now on when passing through the area!
