i scheduled a rental for sunday, i was afraid the truck was too big so i called uhaul sunday and the guy helped me locate another but they were not available so he scheduled the pick up for 3:00 sunday which was 2 hours later than orginally scheduled. The man said i had 24 hours to return it. i arrived around 1:40 central time which was 2:40 eastern. Had a little trouble but was able to complete the pick up. The man said i had until 3 the next day to return it. Fast forward to Monday around 3 i made it back to the site but going to check in and realized i forgot to refuel. The gas station was literally across the street. no big deal. by the time i was able to return the truck it was after 3 eastern time. I realized i didn't take a picture of the fuel gauge soi called the lady at the storage place (Brittany) at shelton storage and told her i locked it before i could take the gas gauge pic and she told me she would close it out monday and confirm i left fuel in it. I literally called uhaul and there should be notes in the system of my calls. i was trying to understand the process since this was my first time using the mobile service and she said she would confirm my fuel i returned and close it out for me. i calle uhaul every step of the way trying to document the process so they knew i was trying to return it properly. You should see notes in your phone system. So ultimately they charged me for another day even though i was trying to return it. Brittany told me the next day i returned it around 1:38 and that's 2:38 eastern time. I would hope the managers that i called would return the charge for the extra day because it seemed like the right thing to do. UPDATE, i just checked my bank and a total of $57.21 was added back to my bank account so i will change my review to EXCELLENT. That is the right thing to do and i appreciate that. Uhaul could of told me to get bent and i would just be charged that extra regardless so i'm not going to erase all this but i will change my rating because of this. Thank you for your time and efforts! it appears it was returned by Uhaul/Shelton storage so i appreciate that from both of you guys

DAKOTAH WMy only issue was I picked up the truck with a quarter tank of fuel and was made to put a half a tank back in it or risk being charged and was charged an additional 7 dollars on top of the 116.50 I had already paid and went well under my mileage I put down that it would be used. I put 40 miles and only used it for about 21 miles and was made to pay more money even though I should've been reimbursed some of my deposit.

WILLIAM WEasier drop off. A lot of ppl know how to use apps, but some others have problems with it. I just think it would be easier to kiosk so they can scan with there phone so they can do a drop off that way and just put in the tag and number of truck or trailer and it pulls it up and they can simply push a return button on the phone. Just a thought :)
