We had to pick up our unit at a gas station. The attendant had to keep stopping checking us in, even though we had an appointment and arrived 15 minutes early every time a customer came in to pay for gas. Additionally he had never done it before and did not have any training on how to check us out. He kept having to start over. He finally called someone and they walked him through it. The process was 45 minutes. He never walked us out to the truck and gave us any instruction. We had a very disappointing experience.
LINDA SThe site manager was so incredibly flexible. I had to change my pickup time the same day, and he was very accommodating. The process for pickup was very simple as well.
THERESA CThe pickup process was a bit sketchy with the attendant doing it over text with who I guess was the manager. The truck was in pretty poor cosmetic condition but did its job and cheaply, so I can't really complain. 4/5 overall, 2/5 location
