The truck was junk, the steering really needed and alignment, was not safe.

I believe the truck had the required amount of fuel at the time I dropped it up. Unfortunately, I noticed that I have still been charged for additional fuel. I do have a photo showing the fuel level when I took the truck, which I can share for your review.

My reservation was for 8:00 am and I had it confirmed but when I went to pick up no one there and no truck. It took someone 30 minutes to get to the office and another 40 min. To input the information. The premises were filthy . I will never use U Haul again the service and systems were terrible

The location was great. But I am extremely disappointed by U-Haul service. I suffered lots of issues with the service pickup and drop-off in multiple location due to mismanagement
