I don't blame the people at either the pick up or drop off locations for my bad experience with U-haul. I blame it on the U-haul corporation for removing the personal touch and replacing it with technology. I'm not going to sit and read six pages before I take my rental and get busy loading it. I've rented from U-haul at least three times in the past four years, and many more prior to that. I've never had a bad experience prior to this one. Again, the problem for me was replacing people with technology. It started when I wasn't able to upload the picture of the back of the truck. After attempting three times I just left to start loading. The day of the drop off, I saw that the drop off time was 9:10 a.m.. I tried calling the drop off location and got a recording stating that they wouldn't be in until 10:00. I thought it would be no big deal and waited until 10:00. When I called I was told that I would be charged the additional $40.00 for an additional day. I was an hour over---really. In the past when you dealt with a person, I feel that the extra day charge would have been waved. But not now--it was done on the app---there's nothing personal about an app. Call me old fashioned, but dealing with an app that has no ability to reason or be reasonable is ridiculous. You got me for the extra $40.00 but I won't be giving any kudo's to the U-haul corporation in the future. Very dissappointing!

DONALD MProprietor knew we were on the way but we had to do the entire transaction through spotty cell service while we were standing outside the building and she was in a moving car. Pretty odd for me. Everything was professional but still seemed sketchy for a bit.
mike mWas posted on social media that I stole the truck, before 48 hrs.was up, I requested 48 Hrs when I rented the truck. I'm still shocked as to what went wrong. I had to unpack the truck before I even got to use the truck, I do not suspect U-Haul of the malicious slander, however sherlin hobby farm ( in which was closed upon pickup and return) whom I never felt with, posted untrue accusations, in which case was highly unnerving, downright false and cost me to at time being loss of rental money , labor of loading and unloading, and had to leave my belongings behind.now I have lost everything

Milton RMore lighting! Could not get good enough pictures for after hours drop off and had to just leave keys and not do the online drop off. Got kicked off online drop off application twice and would not accept the pictures!

Melissa BFirst time using the mobile app with U-haul and at this location. Honestly best experience with finding the equipment I wanted, no waiting in line to pick up and returning was even easier than expected. To my surprise the onsite U-haul attendant was super help with questions I had with the app process. Passed 2 u-haul locations that were closer to my home and will be doing so for my next rental equipment.

EHAB NDriver side mirror was loose, and became totally unusable within 2 hours of driving. Did anyone do a safety inspection? Other than an unusable mirror, all else was fine.
