U-haul trailer was very dirty inside at pick up. Previous customer left several items. Before loading trailer needed swept out.

Friendly and attentive staff in both locations.
CHARLES BHad to find location after previously set drop off location was closed. Customer service help did not respond back in a timely/helpful manner and were left to find another location without their help. Very not helpful, terrible experience.

Gustav AI dropped ata different location than first expected so it took 2 hours on the phone with uhaul getting passed around tomget permission. The location I took it to storage sense would not take it so the sent me to Sherman logistics. Could figure out where ther office was so did the self drop in the parking lot with the other trailers.

Gary GGPS took us to wrong location. Pick up truck process on site was hard to find/ not the same as info on video shared. Utility dolly that we paid for wasn’t on the truck.

Cristina CWe arrived at the location and get into the U-Haul and immediately notice that the gas is only on about 1/8th of a tank and the check engine light was on. We immediately called customer service to which the gentleman we spoke to asked if we chose to not take a picture in the app however, the app never prompted us to do so but he said to just take a picture and then once we went to check out there would be the option to put the picture in there and not be charged anything. Once returned we were charged through the app an extra fee for gas and so we again called customer service and were told until the funds actually come out that they can not fix the charges that we will have to file a dispute. So no who knows if we will even get our money back for an unnecessary gas fee when he attempted to do everything the correct way including talking to a customer service representative. We will not be going back to this location we usually use the location at Nieman Industrial Drive in WS and it is always a painless and smooth process to pickup and return, they however had none available for the date/size we needed so we had to go with this location and assumed it would be fine, next time we will just wait until there is availability at a different location.
