When advertising cash as an option for payment, all locations should have this option. The location where I was directed to pick up the equipment, didn't take cash.

No Personnel. Dropped off after hours. Was easy to do.

At drop off gate locked left truck and trailer in front of gate. Got a call from agent later mad because he had only left for an hour and the truck parked in the wrong place. Demanded I come and move it. I told him I can’t do it as I’m 18 miles away and have no way to get there. He said find away right now. Told him I can’t do that and the truck was dropped off at the correct address sorry it wasn’t parked exactly where he wanted it but nobody there so left it at the correct address so have a nice day as I’m not coming to move it.

Have knowledgeable staff that has everything prepared for pickup. Our truck was hard to find, did NOT have ANY of the equipment we ordered, and the worker didn’t know what was going on. She also did not put the key to the truck in the lockbox like she was supposed to.

Upon arrival for pick up that was suppose to been 9am took 17 minutes to get the truck since there Uhaul portal wasn't working. The hired help for this move took off because of getting the truck took to long apparently. I had to find another person which took an hour extra than turned into needing the truck 24 hours. The guy working there complained saying Uhaul sucks and they are switching to Penske in the future. My drop off time got changed to 10am which I arriveded approximately around that time and he was busy in the office. I tried checking in on the app and wasn't loading up. He made me drive the truck around the back side where the trucks usually are located and didn't check me in at the time I was up at the office. I asked to please check me in and he said didn't have to do so and the system wasn't working. I get notified of the receipt and apparently didn't complete the return til about 1:30pm well past time I dropped off. Based on these experiences at this location, I shouldn't be charged an extra day with his behavior, him waiting hours later to issue the return, and on top of that with the technical issues. Also, him stating they are dropping Uhaul is unprofessional within itself when I'm there to pick up a Uhaul.

The main store is very fast but for some reason when I try to rent at the Bank street location it takes forever and not always accurate.
