Thias SDrop off is a small corner store. There was limited parking. The person processing the return also was dealing with customers in the store.

MIRNA MThe Ihaul was wet on the inside. There was no gas when we picked it up. It just wasn't very well taken care of. I will not be getting another one from this location. I was extremely disappointed
ADAM GOnline the smaller truck was available for reservations but when I arrived it was out of order. I had to get the bigger one and pay extra for a bigger truck I didn't want.

VICTORIA WEven though it's small location it was easy to get and the whole process was great. The staff was friendly and made things super easy. Booked the UHaul online and the process took a few minutes to get. I was on my way fast. I definitely recommend if you happen to be in the area. Or want a simple transaction with no hassle.

Salvador CNothing was assigned to my appointment time so I had to drive across town to get another uhaul when the other place opened. Wasted my time. They also couldn't compensate me for the time wasted. Instead they gave me an extra hour in which I didn't need it because I had specifically requested 4 hrs for a reason.
Arimi NWhen I got to the location they didn’t have the size that I requested so I had to make extra trips, the batter died so I had to wait on road side to come replace it causing a delay in my move. I had to rush my move to make sure I had it returned on time. There was nothing offered for the inconvenience and still got charged extra!

Jennifer MMake sure you have U haul issued dollies. When I returned truck to U-Haul location in Visalia, the customer service representative inspected the truck and told me not to forget my dolly and I told him it’s from the U-haul shop (shields mini mart) I got the truck at.
James Rcheck engine, tire service and maintenance alert was on during my rental. driver window was not installed correctly, it almost pop out while driving on the freeway.

ryan pThe truck was very dirty and wasn’t washed. The cab smelled like cigarette and food. The trailer had trash and pallets inside, I had to clean it and sweep it myself. I wasn’t given the option for the online check-in and to verify the mileage and gas levels or confirm vehicle damages. I could’ve left there with the odometer reading 1,000 miles over what was on the contract and wouldn’t even know until I returned the vehicle. When asked for a service contract, I was told they do not provide a paper copy of the service contract and one would be emailed to me but I never received it. I rented a U-Haul a week ago and had a much more pleasant experience.

kim eJust stay away from this location. The store clerk was high. The area is dangerous. There was a ton of homeless men on drugs that kept walking back and forth past us yelling and taunting us. My boyfriend eventually escorted me back to our car and locked me in it because he was concerned for my safety. The store clerk had also given our padlock key to the wrong person and then asked us to use garden sheers and break it open. I asked if he could just switch our uhaul to another truck and was told the other trucks can't leave Fresno. This ended up being a 40min ordeal and we were eventually able to break it open so we could use the truck.

jessica gMake sure check engine lights are not on and overheating. When I went to exchange it I was told I had to be back with the truck in 3 hrs because there was another reservation. It was not my fault the truck broke down the night before . I should have been given a refund for all the hassle. I had to find other people to help me move the next morning.
