The merchant that was there was very rude. Tried to add things to my bill that I didn’t ask for. When I returned the truck it was raining and he made me stand outside in the rain while he inspected the truck. Then don’t give me a receipt saying that my card was declined. And I have my bank statement stating that the truck was paid for. I will be calling Uhaul tomorrow to find out what is going on with my account
