We were forced to extend our rental due to winter weather on the Alaska Highway and a delayed move-in with military housing. The owner of this shop called me mid-move asking why I still had the truck, and was very accusatory (despite Uhaul approving my extension) regarding our timeline. Trust me: by the end of a move, I want to get rid of the truck ASAP. I understand her client was in need of the truck, but this shop made me feel like their scheduling error was my problem. Additionally, when returning the vehicle, the shop owner’s family member was working the desk. She was very sweet and apologetic, but clearly did not know how to handle a Uhaul return.

steven bEveryone was very professional and helpful. All that was available was a van, but it worked out ok. I don't think it is up to them to have more vehicles/trucks available, but uhaul could look into that. Over all the business owner did a great job and were very pleasant. Thank you for making it easy for me. 😊
