Contact the customer before the day of pickup to notify them their truck is not available. Also if you send the customer to another location make sure they have a dolly so that the customer doesn't have to drive to another location. Also LAKEEBYA (an Indian woman) the representative who initially called needs customer service training. IF I didn't need a truck I would have definitely went with another company...she was RUDE.
