GREG KRented the vehicle brought it back in time we had a hurricane so the day I brought it back they were closed the employee that I rented the vehicle from never once explained to me or showed me a drop off box for a key if they were closed never explained that at all so the day I dropped it off they were closed because of a hurricane so I left the vehicle in the parking lot in front of the store cleaned and gassed up I knew nothing about the Dropbox for the key so I held on to it locked the car up and waited for them to call the next day when they open they called needed the key because they had a reservation got to the store walked in handled the key she said thank you very much the person was in the store that was renting it out at that moment from 10:00 on and never once did I mess up and had they had to push back a reservation because of me holding on to the key which I feel they probably should have more than one key for each vehicle charged me for two whole days during a hurricane a disaster that my house was damaged during and they want to make my account go negative because I held on to the key never again
