The whole process was very friendly. The person who attended us was super diligent, he knew how to explain and had a lot of patience. Really your customer service for the best. The only bad thing is that when I got into the truck it was dirty and smelled more but I understand that it is not a private car and many people use it and not all people have the same level or hygiene awareness. Even the use of the application on my phone was very simple and straightforward. Everything was really fine so I highly recommend this store and if I will use its services again
