The only negatives to discuss were upon receipt of final billing after vehicle return. It is inexcusable to be charged for one quarter tank of fuel, when the vehicle was returned in the same condition- after only a 1- hour use! (Even if returning after- hours.) It smacks of deceitful billing practices. And upon attempting to resolve the overcharge, it was complete incompetence: being charged an additional fee for the correct amount; not receiving a credit for the original overcharge, and then final resolution of leaving my credit card with the original overcharge instead of the proper reduced fee total. I was then told by the Uhaul location manager that I would have to resolve the billing on my own. Should never have happened in the first place. Being polite in person & over the phone can't offset the inconvenience & frustration. By the way, UHaul customer service completed the billing correction for me in minutes. This Uhual location couldn't have achieved the same result for their error with an industry inside line? Utterly unacceptable.

This shop charged me for a one trip rental after I told them I would need it for 3 days and multiple trips in that time frame. They charged me for a single trip, causing the bill to read I went over my milage by 200+ miles. I would absolutely not go here again, nor recommended anyone go to this location. The staff were here directly caused me to pay WAY more than I needed to pay! A huge scam and rip off!

John at this location was excellent I have major gripes w UHaul but that’s not on him. In fact, without him my experience would have been a total fail

I was charged for DOUBLE the miles I drove and for gas which I topped up ABOVE the amount that was given to me upon entering the vehicle. Terrible business. Ended up being charged 60 dollars more than our initial estimate.

Yeah these guys were legit noice and very helpful it was easy asf. Went hella smoooth. Very polite and chill . Made shiiiit simple for me thanks

Better training for customer service staff! They were not helpful and didn’t seem to want to work! I don’t want to recommend this location at all.

At the pick up location they had me waiting for over an hour and a half after my appointment time! It was a very time sensitive situation and I had multiple people waiting on me to get the truck. Definitely the worst experience I’ve had with U-Haul. Apart from getting the truck an hour and a half late, the people didn’t really seem to care that I was running late.
