Kevin GMake it easier for a dealer to process a paid reservation. Oh and not charge so much damm money !! I went from northern AZ to west Texas and was charged close to 600 dollars!!! So I decided to remove the insurance which is bullshit !! For what your company charged on the rental alone. The Equipment was clean and appeared well maintained however the automatic braking came in very late therefore placing great stress on my equipment.

PIERRE BReturn trailer yesterday. Woman was very nice and helpfull. Only dark spot was that I call at 8 am uhaul asking if the location was open and was told yes on the phone while it only opened at 9 .... Nevertheless the lady came as I knocked on the door starting to be desperate as I had to get back home and she opened at 845.
PIERRE BNothing. Cynthia was very professional and made sure everything was in order for our pickup day.
