I think equipment was well and customer service is pretty good but all employees need to be on the same page. One I talked to told me specifically bring it back at least on 1/4 tank of gas and you can’t get a fuel penalty that a lot of people do. Well that was a lie, bring it back exactly how you got it. So if it is over 1/4 tank of gas at example 150 miles, bring it back at that. The charges me $45.75 for fuel difference if maybe $2.00 even though it was their employee who told me to bring it back at that fuel level. They wouldn’t reimburse me which is crazy and rip off. I have had an incident at another U-HAUL before and they reimbursed me and said it was on them.

CARVIN BI don’t think there’s any room to critique for improvement, at least not from my perspective! Mr. Butler & Ms. Alicia were TOP NOTCH! They were super professional while also having casual conversation to keep me at peace, seeing as I was super stressed out moving! They were very knowledgeable of the type of UHaul I should rent for the size home I was moving and all! They were also very fast a flexible. I made several updates to my reservation but they never made it a problem and swiftly accommodated my needs with understanding my situation! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND any and everyone to pay them a visit if they want some of the BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE a business can offer!

I can recommend that all U-Haul sites provide better service to the trucks and not rent or have them on the lane if they have problems like the check engine light on... besides that, everything was really good.

The staff was so helpful and the young man that was a veteran went out of his way to ensure I got on post as I chose the Fort Liberty location by mistake. Not too many businesses would have taken the time to come escort a elderly person, thank you to therm all.

William RI turned in the U-Haul rental on a day they were closed. Otherwise location was good.
Adam DEquipment was clean but the check engine light was on the entire time. Some of it wasn’t this location’s fault, like the fact that the U-Haul system took forever and would not load so it took over 20 minutes just to check us in, despite doing the online check in beforehand. Then they couldn’t find the keys to our truck so that was an extra 15+ minutes. They were very apologetic but overall it was 35-40 minutes after our pick up time that we actually got the truck and we were the only people there
