The woman took over 40min to rent me the uhaul. She rented me the incorrect van and overcharged me. I would never rent from this location again. Horrible service and they were dishonest about the rental/return and overcharged me. Use wicked automotive for lakeport rentals. This place was the WORST. I am now disputing a cleaning charge for $250 when the uhaul was returned in the same condition it was rented.
