Vehicle wasn't even ready and inaccessible on arrival. Had to contact customer service, they sent me somewhere else. Family member had the same issue at the same location actually the day prior. 45 minute "verification" process when i got to that one. Ate up an hour of my rental time. App error on return, very pitiful app anyways. Said "thanks for your return, we will contact you soon" but apparently that was not the end of it, i just wasn't standing close enough to the geolocation - which is apparently less than the 10ft i was standing from it. Shit process and a huge waste of time. They also charged me $40 more than i was supposed to be charged. Anyways, do better

MARVIN GStrap on trailer was damaged, was told it would be fine and to take the trailer anyway. Strap ended up breaking and caused my trip to be detoured by a couple hours and had to buy a strap and Jerry rig it to the trailer.
