The location failed to check me in on time, which caused me to get a text and an email 2 days later. I didn't receive a return receipt from Show Me Rents until 2 days after I contacted U-Haul to let them know the truck had been returned on time. The truck was clean and ran fine, but the staff at Show Me Rents were not very professional and not very quick at checking me out (25 minutes).Bill B.

Show me rentals is fantastic we have rented from them many times for many different pieces of equipment including another uhaul. The first uhaul was much nicer than this one that we took this time. This unit must have a wheel out of round or something, it was like being on an old bumpy rocky road even though we were on the highway, the check engine light came on and the ABS brake light came on as well. Nothing that show me rentals can be held accountable for it came on during the rental period while we were coming back on our trip. I would definitely rent from show me rentals again and they have always taken great care of us, but would expect uhaul to provide better equipment for what they charge. It also smelled like at some point someone had smoked in it. I did not see any no smoking signs, but those of us that don't smoke don't appreciate the smell or smelling like smoke if it had been fresher. Thank you,T B.

I received the uhaul after stopping at 3 different locations. I received it on Wednesday September 28th at approximately 2:30 pm. Was told that I would only be charged $50 because they didn't have the size I wanted. I returned the uhaul at 5:15 pm Thursday September 29th with keys and receipt name into box. I received 2 different prices taken from my account. One was for $97.08 and the other was for $147.62. I filled gas tank up and cleaned it better than received it and still no answer as to why I'm being charged that much.Jeremy T.

We were 2nd in line and the guy was super nice. He asked us if we were on time, did we fill back up with gas, did we damage anything. Then he said have a great day, no need to keep you here longer. Unfortunately, we then later got charged for not enough gas. My bad, I should have insisted on a personal inspection and verification before I left. Won't happen to me again. DO YOUR EXIT INSPECTION IN PERSON! Everything else was great.Matthew P.

Make sure the correct wheel is on the trailer so you don't leave the next person stranded on the side of the road after 3 miles like what happened to me. Your email with a receipt and contact link if there is issues doesn't even have a link that works to file a complaint.RYAN W.
The online condition of equipment check-out is worthless when it's pouring down rain and it's asking you to take pictures. By the time I was somewhere I could take pictures the link expired. Should have paperwork option.Gregory A.

I was initially sent to Pitts Mini Storage with hours posted from 9-5. I arrived at 2PM and the place was locked up. I could not get the on-line checkin process to work. After contacting U-Haul, they directed me to Show Me Rents. They were open as advertised, were very helpful and checked me in. I would recommend Show Me Rents in the Bolivar Missouri area.Terry J.

Love the late night drop-off procedure. This was perfect since I lost almost two hours trying to find a good tow dolly. Love this service and will use it again as a need arises.JOHN B.
The pick up service was great! Show me rents in Bolivar mo were so helpful! However, the online check in to drop off was awful. It took over 15 minutes just to get it to work. It would not connect the location services at all. Unfortunately we had to use 3 different phones before we got it to work. Luckily we had people with us to help or we would have had no way to get it checked in. Very disappointing.CALEB M.

We're only visiting Bolivar Mo for a couple days to deliver a car to our daughter. We went to the original location designated to return the car dolly and they wouldn't accept it because they said they were closed? Looked open to me. Went to the other location and they were friendly and helpful. However, it was not a clean or inviting environment. Looked like they conducted other repair type business out of the establishment. They were helpful and processed the return of the car dolly in a quick and efficient manner.JAMES F.
