Back was dirty had to be cleaned out prior to using. Had damage to the exterior shell. Took pictures before we left location.
Lacey SGas gauge is not accurate. Half a tank when picking it up, but as soon as I pulled out of the parking lot, it was below half a tank.. windshield wipers smeared when trying to clean the windshield from gravel dust.
DAKOTA FThe 6x12 trailer absolutely needs a jack! I’m a female traveling alone as I’m sure other females do. There’s no way that we can lift that trailer off that ball I have to do a lot of things by myself. This was one of those situations where you really put me at a disadvantage.
Debra SYou need to make it very clear which building is yours. The building next door has an identical Uhaul lockbox.

Dan RCrack in windshield noticed at rental time Was slightly larger at return.
Andrew Ythe trailer did not hook up to my vehicle, had to buy a new hitch, wiring hook up. the hitch had to be bought at a different store in town and a used adapter from them. The trailer pulled hard, axels camber is not correct. The trailer is set up wrong the way the car ends up, put too much weight on tong causing the trailer to hang too close to the ground. I had to air up the tires to for they were down to 10 psi. I would suggest you redesign the axel placement. move the axels forward 2 feet to correct trailer angel, This would allow the load to be over the axels instead ahead of axels...............

Susan NThere are two companies right next door to each other that rent out UHaul equipment. Made the return confusing. A younger kid was kind of helping, but didn’t seem to know what he was doing. We got it done, but it took awhile. The manager himself was helpful and professional but his staff of teenagers have a lot to learn
DONNA RIt was difficult to park the trailer upon return, after hours.
DAVID KThe only complaint we had was there wasn't a full tank of gas in the truck. SO we were told to just fill it back to the line where it was when we rented it. We did that but still was charged 8.80 for 2 gallons of gas. Do not understand why we were charged that when we had put the required amount back in the tank.

Hunter DThe location failed to check me in on time, which caused me to get a text and an email 2 days later. I didn't receive a return receipt from Show Me Rents until 2 days after I contacted U-Haul to let them know the truck had been returned on time. The truck was clean and ran fine, but the staff at Show Me Rents were not very professional and not very quick at checking me out (25 minutes).

Griff SShow me rentals is fantastic we have rented from them many times for many different pieces of equipment including another uhaul. The first uhaul was much nicer than this one that we took this time. This unit must have a wheel out of round or something, it was like being on an old bumpy rocky road even though we were on the highway, the check engine light came on and the ABS brake light came on as well. Nothing that show me rentals can be held accountable for it came on during the rental period while we were coming back on our trip. I would definitely rent from show me rentals again and they have always taken great care of us, but would expect uhaul to provide better equipment for what they charge. It also smelled like at some point someone had smoked in it. I did not see any no smoking signs, but those of us that don’t smoke don’t appreciate the smell or smelling like smoke if it had been fresher. Thank you,

Connie BI received the uhaul after stopping at 3 different locations. I received it on Wednesday September 28th at approximately 2:30 pm. Was told that I would only be charged $50 because they didn’t have the size I wanted. I returned the uhaul at 5:15 pm Thursday September 29th with keys and receipt name into box. I received 2 different prices taken from my account. One was for $97.08 and the other was for $147.62. I filled gas tank up and cleaned it better than received it and still no answer as to why I’m being charged that much.

Then he said have a great day, no need to keep you here longer. Unfortunately, we then later got charged for not enough gas. My bad, I should have insisted on a personal inspection and verification before I left. Won't happen to me again. DO YOUR EXIT INSPECTION IN PERSON! Everything else was great.

Daniel MMake sure the correct wheel is on the trailer so you don't leave the next person stranded on the side of the road after 3 miles like what happened to me. Your email with a receipt and contact link if there is issues doesn't even have a link that works to file a complaint.
RYAN WThe online condition of equipment check-out is worthless when it's pouring down rain and it's asking you to take pictures. By the time I was somewhere I could take pictures the link expired. Should have paperwork option.

andrew dI was initially sent to Pitts Mini Storage with hours posted from 9-5. I arrived at 2PM and the place was locked up. I could not get the on-line checkin process to work. After contacting U-Haul, they directed me to Show Me Rents. They were open as advertised, were very helpful and checked me in. I would recommend Show Me Rents in the Bolivar Missouri area.

Clint HLove the late night drop-off procedure. This was perfect since I lost almost two hours trying to find a good tow dolly. Love this service and will use it again as a need arises.
JOHN BThe pick up service was great! Show me rents in Bolivar mo were so helpful! However, the online check in to drop off was awful. It took over 15 minutes just to get it to work. It would not connect the location services at all. Unfortunately we had to use 3 different phones before we got it to work. Luckily we had people with us to help or we would have had no way to get it checked in. Very disappointing.

They took the time to explain the options available and literally saved us hundreds of dollars on our moves. These are good hard working an honest people who really care about customer service.
