Clean the vehicle better, found marijuana in my rental… truck ran like crap as well

Cynthia ZYour technology is worse than terrible. 38 degrees, raining, and I'm trying to take a picture of my face, and get your stupid technology to give me my keys. WAY too hard. What are you gaining, other than making your customers, very mad. Try to rent a truck from u-haul; go ahead; try to pick it up, after hours. You will shoot someone before you accomplish all the BS that is required. Keep this up, and you will be out of business soon, Very sad. Hate to see you go.
