The people were resourceful with getting the truck rented out, they were offline, but came through with a phone call to u haul. They provided service that was over and beyond , thankful for their resourcefulness .better than some other u haul dealer have done in the past. . The u haul app needs improving and still a need for a person to rent out the truck , they’re still some of us that we are technology savvy and do not want a smart phone
