Jonathan M.Making an equipment reservation. Ditch the practice that the reservation is a "preference". Don't show me equipment, locations, and times that are not real! I loathe this practice from U-HAUL so much that I'll be using other businesses such as Home Depot, Lowes, Penske, anyone else because why the hell should I make a reservation, just for a person or text to tell me a day later than what I selected is unavailable. I need a truck in three days, let me go book it and then arrange for transportation to the reservation location. 5pm the next day "the closest location is ____ address. We have you picking it up there at ___ time. Please contact us to confirm." Why do I even book online on my own if EVERY TIME what I selected is going to be moved. A different truck has to be used, a different location has be used, the time window isn't available. Get rid of this BS and don't show me fake reservations.

Richard D.The guy we talked to was not friendly. he told us we were all set and then said we went 61mi over our mileage allowance when, even if we took the longest route between our old apartment and destination, we were well under our allowance. $1/mi is also an absurd rate to charge. customer service was helpful but now i have to wait for this guy to get back to me??? i just want my money back. clearly something sketchy is going on here.

MARK A.I made a reservation for this truck approximately 2 months ago to be picked at your East Providence location . Less that 18 hours prior to scheduled pickup , I received a phone call from a UHAUL employee that truck location pickup would be changed to West Warwick approximately 13 miles away . Unacceptable! With 2 months lead time , you should have had plenty of time to get this truck transferred to the scheduled East Providence location .

wade B.U haul is supposed to be cheap and mover friendly working with what the mover wants, while I got the truck I wanted and needed the floor was splintered with dirt and dust everywhere, on top of that I didn't want the $14 insurance don't need it, and it automatically got put on my rental all and all I paid somewhere around $84 because of insurance that I didn't want and you have to fill the truck with gas you have to pay 1.09 a mile and 19.95 on top of all of it. Uhaul is a waist.

Thomas D.It took over an hour to do online check in. Then we returned with a full tank instead of the half it was supposed to go back with because the gas gauge didn't catch up with filling and I asked for a refund for some since I had the receipt and no one ever reached out to me.
