I PUTED ON MY RESERVATION 24 H FROM 10 TO 10AM THE GAY AT FEDERAL MUFFLER GARAGE PUTED FROM 10 TO 7 AM ,AND WHEN I RETURN BACK THE TRUK AT 10AM HE CHARGED ME 19.95 MORE CHRGES IT IS HIS FAULT THIS IS HIM WHO PUT 7 AM I DONT ASK HIM TO CHANGE MY TIME IM SUR 100% I PUTED 24 HOURS ON MY RESERVATION PLEASE REFUND ME MY 19.95$ IM NOT RESPONSiBLE of that im realy sad for my first experience with you, sorry thanks

I Reserved the vehicle in the morning and I would pick it up at 2 o’clock when I went to pick it up the address to somebody else and I got back at 4:30 pm which made me miss by dental appointment.

I rented a truck from this location, they said everything was ready to go even though I told them that I Was going to driving over 630km. I found out the wiper blades were broken in rainy day and the truck was from USA with unit in miles. I had to drive to different location to change them the blades. Not happy with U haul and the location by promising for costumer satisfaction.
