They were not aware of the limitations of towing a 6X12 trailer on a bumper hook up and I ended up losing the trailer on a busy highway… by some miracle no one was hurt … the Uhaul facility I limped it to in Katy Texas said it should never have been attached the way it was … I was unaware of the safety situation
