Grant HI greatly appreciate the helpful and friendly attitude of everyone at SIlver Chase. The help I received completing the rental and getting the trailer hooked up and ready made a stressful task easy to start and really helped keep my day going smoothly. Returning the trailer was the same way, I was running a bit lower by the time I returned and they were quick, helpful, and professional. All-in-all a very easy rental experience and I'm actually happy that I went quite a bit farther from home than usual to work with Silver Chase Self Storage.

Destination LPlease don't change my pickup location right at scheduled pick up time. Please allow me to drop off at my original pick up location when you change the location. Uhaul cost me a couple hours of extra time yesterday.

Henry RMy original Reservation was with West Valley Movers in Tracy, CA, for 9:00am, which was the time listed on Google maps as their opening time. When I arrived to pick up the motorcycle trailer, a sign on the door said their hours had changed and they didn't open till 2:00. I was suprised and angry, because I needed to drive up to Tahoe to pick up my son and his Harley, which was having some mechanical difficulties. I was also doing some work at the property we have in Tahoe. It needed to be an up and back trip, so I didn't have time to wait around for them. Luckily, a trailer was available at Silver Chase and the gentleman working there was awesome. Got me in and out quickly so I was just a little late getting to my destination and was able to accomplish everything I needed to to get back home that same day. It would have been nice when I made the original reservation, if someone could have let me know 9:00am want going to work. And, who starts their day mid afternoon? It shouldn't cost an extra day just to be able to deal with stuff in the morning. Had I waited, I would have had to either work all night, or pay for an extra day. Super frustrating!!

aman sThe air conditioner didn't work. It was the worst experience I've had driving a U-Haul truck. The truck drove very rough on the fwy as well.

Minsheng LIs not reccomended to our family and friends because the price are going up and the facility ate old and lots of moss filty outdoor roll up storages and the new manager's customers treat is below unprofessional from others competitor's and pricing. And I was a customer since year 2000 and after for how many years no appreciation at all.
CLAY G | Overall ExperienceThe only thing that I wasn’t told about before taking possession of the truck …that I needed to take pictures and check in before leaving it made checking out difficult. The other thing is that when I went to take a picture of the mileage odometer from your app my camera wouldn’t come on so I had to take the pic then retrieve it from my picture gallery. I humbled thru it somehow and I hope all is well on your end.
