None of their systems worked, and it was hard to understand them. They were rude and very unhelpful. I eventually had to get the district manager on the phone to get anything resolved. They didn’t even have a phone for their U-Haul service.

The sales representative had no clue as hownto do his job. Very unprofessional. I was to pick my rental up at 7 a.m and did not leave until 8:30 am. I was very disappointed.
Patricia SI wouldn't call this a U-haul location. The only vehicle there was the one I rented. I had also reserved an Appliance dolly and did not receive it. When I picked up the vehicle I had to wait about 15 minutes while the staff at the gas station figured out how to work the Uhaul reservation system. As I left the building I asked if the truck full.....and it was barely on 1/4 tank of fuel. (I later learned that the trucks don't have be full....but that was new to me)
Ross CCounter personnel was very unhelpful. They have a very poor cell phone signal so I was having issues with the app. I went inside to see if they could just check me in on their computer. He said he didn't time and he was busy with customers. It was busy time on a Friday after work at a convenience store. He told me to go outside and stand at the corner of the building and I could probably get service there. I finally got all the pictures to upload so I could be on my way. They also didn't have the truck ready with the gear I needed. Dollies and pads, etc. Only suggested I can corporate and get a refund.
Jeff SThe truck was not clean. The AC did not work right . It took a long time to pick up the truck. Had to give another friend name as a reference beside the other one I did online. Had to wait 30 minutes to run the info again on the computer. When I went to turn it in at 10 30 am No one was there to check in . The was no one to tell about the AC problem. I will be file a complaint with BBB.
russell wMade us do the drop off on line??? The agent added a100 miles to the 30 that comes with the 20' truck rental which added $100.00. $116.00 to $216.00 The problem is he did not add the miles to the invoice/contract, so when I returned the truck they charged me $92.88 for mileage which I had already paid for. Steven FIf you're going to be a drop-off location, you should know something about U-Haul. You should be able to help a customer who can't get Internet service and not just tell him he needs to get online and close out the order. You definitely should not yell at your customer to make him move the truck from a parking spot at the far end of your lot... especially when you are never busy at your location. You were the rudest person who works with the public I've ever met.
