Renting from UHaul is filled with good and bad moments. Most all the people we were in contact with were outstanding, with one or two dealer exceptions. Martin in San Antonio, Jerry in Santa Fe were really great representatives of UHaul. UHaul's pricing policies are frustrating. 1. Change your pick up date from Thursday PM to Friday AM and my price went up almost 20%. 2. Return trip price for the same equipment Was 56% higher than original. Had to drive personal vehicle 189 miles to secure rental at same price. Upon arrival the equipment for AM pickup was not available until late PM and we drove another 150 miles to complete rental.Thomas B.

Same as above- associates were pleasant and professional. While this was not my original drop off location due to vehicle issues, the Uhaul call center and this location were extremely helpful in getting the change made so I could continue my trip with no worries of missing my drop off deadline. Quoted $54 for trailer, $40 for insurance, and $11 for taxes. My card was charged $151 total. Employees of uhaul attached the trailer and left both the chains and wires dragging on the ground. The wires were destroyed, and I had to pay to replace them the next day when I was hundreds of miles down the road. Was traveling from New Mexico to California. Been using uhaul trucks and trailers for over 30 years, never had any problems before. Certainly didn't expect to be overcharged, nor such shoddy work. Uhaul is a company I've grown to trust, and I will in the future because they have earned it. I Do Not recommend this location, they have earned nothing but scorn.Stephani P.

Owner and assistant were very helpful in every way. Only reason for negative marks is that it is a very old facility. Basically a garage. So, hard to say it was clean and inviting. They got me a new truck and helped me on my way. A+ for their help.Robert K.

Refused my 1 7/8 ball. Had to purchase a 2inch ball even though it states in the tow dolly manual a 1 7/8 ball is acceptable. Cost me $40 for a new ball and hitch.Ernest S.
The woman who works the counter did not have my paperwork ready although I had called the day before and confirmed my arrival time. The dealer does not sell trailer hitch balls. The same woman told me twice that the ball size was 2-1/2 inch. This was wrong. I did have to travel a ways to purchase a hitch ball. The trailer wheels were dirty with weeping bearing grease and road dirt. Still, the trailer pulled flawlessly behind my Forrester.James S.
Make sure there is a larger selection to choose from and allow for rentals to be extended for a certain amount of hours rather than be charged for a whole extra day.Katrina R.

had to wait and keep going back and fourth to find them didnt catch someone there until after 2pm. took her an hour to get me in noticed she spelt both my names wrong, i asked how much for dolly she never said then just added it to my bill. This place is very dirty there really isn't a place you can even park a U-haul. There was a big dog on a chain barking at me, not what a person wants to pull up to. The man didn't even know how to check in the truck. He was trying to charge me for a extra dayDONNA H.
We were in need of a way to get us to Albuquerque AMTRAK ASAP. To catch a train by 4:30pm. There were no car rentals in Santa Rosa no UBER or LYFT. Silver Moon and UHAUL really came through for us. We made the train in just the right amount of time. Thank you!!roy K.

Uhaul reservations did not give this person all the info needed!! She was put on the spot because of reservation screw up. The equipment was not even there because she was not notified. I am not happy with the call in reservation. I talked to them three times and each time they had no continuous info from previous call although I was told they would. Even had different confirm numbers from the calls. Took my credit card info two or three times. Got to be a better way with the system, dont you think?JULIA B.

Sandra at 505 867 0811 called me and harrassed me about returning the car transport to her location. I didn't know I had to return it to her and I never ever had anyone from any rental place call me and harrass me about returning equipment. IS she menapausal? I would never do buisness with her ever.
