I want to be careful with my rating, The only reason I am not giving excellent rating is that the truck broke down twice on me and had to be towed, I sat on the side of the express way for a few hours through out this whole experience, not fun.... But everyone on the U-Haul team that I delt with was AMAZING, quick to respond, friendly and Concerned. I was refunded my money and the Regional Manager that I talked to Ron, he was very helpful and a great voice for U-Haul. So please thank everyone who help me. I will definitely be using U-Haul again!!!
