It's a used car lot. They don't open until 10 and the truck was due back at 7 am. I parked best I could to be out of the way but the lot was packed with cars. No internet on my phone so I couldn't complete the mobile drop off. I was on time, more than the amount of fuel, swept the back out, and kept the mileage low. Yet, they tried to charge my card for an additional $75!!! Will not use this location again. The whole thing feels shady.

There was nobody at the facility, just one man working on a car who didn't speak English. I was unaware that I had to do the whole transaction online and the app was NOT operating properly. A 10 minute pickup took over an hour in the cold and rain. There was only half a tank of gas and the floors in the cabin were muddy.

BENJAMIN MThe appliance dolly I reserved was not with the truck. I needed that dolly for the move. Because of this I could only move a couple of small items and only used the truck for about an hour instead of the 24 hrs I had reserved for. When I called U-Haul to report missing dolly upon picking the truck up I could not get through. I kept getting placed on hold for an unreasonable amount of time and then being disconnected. No one has time for that nonsense
JOSHUA BInterior was sticky and we had to clean it. Windshield wiper came off while driving to Bluffton. AC system did. It work AT ALL! Had to drive with the windows down all the way to Utah. Would have been nice to get a unit that was fully operational!
