Maintenance on the tow dolly should be done; a little WD40 on pins and ratchet straps would make loading much easier. They were very difficult to use due to rust, and lack of maintenance. The staff was great and very helpful with the issues I had with U-Haul. The problems and issues I had were with U-Haul, not the staff at the store.
