Pulled in, was greeted by associate, who said he would be right back, but never came back. We unhitched the trailer and took pictures of it, on their lot, and left. I did the online return so he really didn’t have anything to do, anyway! I didn’t go inside the building so I cannot tell you if it was clean or inviting 🤷♀️

Good experience
Jason DMaintenance on the tow dolly should be done; a little WD40 on pins and ratchet straps would make loading much easier. They were very difficult to use due to rust, and lack of maintenance. The staff was great and very helpful with the issues I had with U-Haul. The problems and issues I had were with U-Haul, not the staff at the store.
