Everything was wonderful The only negative I had was I couldn't drop off the haul at the location I was going without paying a $200.00 dollar fee so I had to drag an empty haul back to avoid this charge
ROBBIN MNina did an excellent job. They have great customer service and went above and beyond to get me taken care at the last minute. I would recommend Simply Beautiful Event Center and Nina Bonner to everyone for your rental.

Beverly CCommunication is key! They were closed during business hours. I was told I was gonna get an email that I have yet to receive. I did everything on my end that I was supposed to do. Still waiting for my deposit. I turned the Uhaul in the very next day, cleaned it out, turned the key in and put the gas back on half like I was supposed to. I’ve never had this situation to happen to where as I had to do all the reaching out etc. Terrible drop off hands down.

Tavoris PI wanted to return the equipment a day early, this was a tues. They were closed, my turn in day was wed. By 8:00 a.m. they didn't open until 10:30 but was told 10:30 would be acceptable, then thurs. I get a call from u- haul wanting to know when I was returning my equiptment.. not a good experience.

Danny PThe lady I spoke with was amazing! Very helpful and friendly. In a complicated situation, she was able to help me tremendously. I did not schedule my pick up location to be in Georgiana, AL. I scheduled for Montgomery, AL. Traffic called me the day before letting me know that Montgomery did not have the equipment, and that they were moving my pick-up location to Georgiana. I was not told, however, that I was supposed to be “self pick up.” When I got to the store, it was closed and I had no idea what to do at all. Thankfully, the phone number listed got me in touch with a very sweet lady who ultimately helped me figure everything out. In the future, this needs to be communicated clearly with the customers.

Sherry PRemove the confusion of drop off. I had rented 2 trucks, with different drop locations. Very inconvenient, your regional manager did approve my dropping both trucks there in Georgiana but it was confusing . A day later I got a call from Greenville asking me where the truck was. Now I'm to call to refuse to pay the extra days? Not good customer service.
Anekiel CWe move 2 times a year and use Penske truck rental, never had an issue for past 20 years. Due to Mckenzie's closet Penske being 90 min away we tried uhaul since it was only 10 min away. Never ever ever again! Nina and Nick were nice people setting up the charges and pick up, no problems charging us, but the truck was in horrible condition. Nothing was cleaned or in suitable condition to rent to our family and even during a pandemic like this, the truck should of been even more cleaner! I'm sorry but I would like to speak with corporate about this abhorrent conditions! Please... have someone from corporate contact me at asap! Its truly unexcusable and if we were not pressed for time that we were in with this storm coming, we would of on the spot and then from the sight of truck canceled this uhaul order and then went with Penske again and will in the future for a normal moving experience. This ordeal made our move 80% more worse than usual moves. I'm sorry to report all of this, but I send you the truth. I would appreciate a full refund and also to speak with Corporate. This is not a good representation of Uhaul. Thank you kindly.
RHIANNON PI will never use U-Haul again, the local representative was rude and misinformed the location. She sent a text saying never to call her again. Do mine online. She stated truck was available if I could return it the same evening to same location because she’d reserved it for following day. I could not, and had to reschedule my move date. That was an inconvenience to everyone moving me. I was given 3 different locations to pick up my truck, after receiving emails stating my truck was available. Had to go 60 miles to pick up truck. I did not get dolly or the amount of pads requested. I was charged twice and still have not been reimbursed. This made my move so much harder than necessary. It was the worst moving experience I’ve ever had. The drop off location was convenient and I had no problems. But obtaining a truck was a nightmare.
