make sure the employee can use your computer. i had not checked in on-line, when I got there the worker said that he could not get into your computer so I had to check in on-line, it took so long for me to do it thet it would no longer let me check in on my phone, so I had to cancel my order and the rebook it. so it took even longer, this all could have been avoided if the worker could have gotten on the computer. he was very nice and helpful, but it dosen't make sense that he could not check me in at the site.
