I completely filled up the gas at this location Chevron. I have receipts to prove that I put gas in the tank. The manager at this location charged my credit card $33.00 for gas. I filed a complaint/ dispute through U-Haul and will also the file a dispute with my credit card company. Dishonest manager works at this location. Beware!!!

Hugh MMy original reservation was at a different location. When I arrived I was told my 20 ft truck was not available! Totally unacceptable! Moving day is stressful enough. I just don't understand how I was not contacted beforehand so I could make other plans. I had $400 movers hired and I couldn't cancel last minute like that. Unbelievably unprofessional! Luckily another truck nearby was available but again, why wasn't I notified beforehand of such an important change like that. I ended having to drive about 25 miles for a truck that was just 5 miles away. What a disaster!
Les WAbsolutely horrible experience. I had checked out via the app and was advised all I had to do was find a drop box for the key. There was none, and the staff member was incredibly rude and demanded a photo copy of my drivers license, my phone number, and some form of deposit. While I was polite throughout the entire encounter, the woman was rude and resulted in shouting when I declined the additional information demanded of me. My wife and I (mostly my wife) rent uHaul's at least once a month due to her real estate business, but I will never pickup or drop off from this location ever again.

JOHN LMy locations changed without my knowledge, I had to call to be sure I was going to the right place. Upon arrival they stated they did not have a reservation for me or a U-Haul for me until the next day. After going back and forth with a very rude worker, I was finally able to receive a truck, pushing me an hour behind my schedule.
DAjanae SCan make sure that the actual drop off location matches what the customers AND SUPPORT are shown to be the drop off location. This is a completely different gas station than it states. Personnel inside was rude and acknowledged that it was wrong online but did not offer any solution or apologize for the inconvenience incurred.

Jaymes HThe check-in was done by phone at the location, so no paperwork in hand to start. The gas guage said LOW, 50 miles left. When done it said 29 miles left. Yet after checking it back in and letting the desk person know about the near empty gas tank, I was charged for a 1/4 tank of gas, which would have been impossible to expend with the actual mileage used. I have repeatedly called the location to try and rectify this, but nobody has answered when called, nor has returned a call to me via my detailed message I left. I find this very shady, and would not recommend this location to anyone. I am a very successful local Real Estate Broker, so you can imagine how many people a year I refer to UHaul.
DAVID VNo one was at the location who knew how to unlock and process the reservation. We drove an hour to the location after our previous location was changed. The young guy who worked at the gas station was great and and we were able to call Uhaul and process over the phone after over an hour waiting. Poor Start !!
Julie OReturning the truck was the opposite experience. The guys at the gas station were very friendly, helpful and very efficient. It took only 5 minutes to complete the return. One thing to note is that, although the description of this site says that it is a Shell station, all of the signage at the actual location says that it is a Sinclair station and no signage refers to Shell. This could be confusing for folks trying to find this gas station.

Patrick YThey are a scam at this place, I complained that I was overcharged on miles called customer service and the manager never called me back. Called again and the representative stated that the manager called and left a voicemail which was not accurate. Take your before and after pictures.

Chad AThe reservation process was easy and convenient. The equipment I needed was available. The attendant was very friendly and very helpful. Returning the rental was very convenient as well. A plus was that I was able to park my car at the location while using the truck.
CARMAN HI had to drive 40 minutes round-trip to return this, so it was out of my way. That being said the guys at the Shell gas station were helpful and it was easy to find

RICARDO SMy complaints, the Truck I rented was really a dump. No power not new really been through a lot. It sounded like it was going to explode every minute. It was really a piece of crap. Manager at this location was great, but doing things on an app takes time, as well I could not get onto app to return so all in all no issues with this person or location MORE ISSUES with U-haul in general. It was pricey for a vehicle that should be out out of commission. And you were $10 more than Penske!!!
