CLEAN UP!!! Pets are fine, but to have scraps of trash in the truck, oil life low(it was a possibility the engine blowing) traveling from WPB to Tampa & cat hair EVERYWHERE is disgusting!

RENEE DDropped truck at this location through the app because believed store was closed as signage stated close at 7pm but person informed me actually open twenty four hours when I was looking for drop key box. There is no box. All exterior lights were OFF and parking lot very dark
GARY ENice people there helped out quick and the truck was fine, will use again.
Gerald BFuel tank was on empty, the truck's cabin was dirty full of garbage, dirt, ect. The bed of the truck was dirty and full of garbage. I paid for matts and hand cart never was supplied.

TASHIRO SSisters towing thankfully had what I needed. The original reservation I made at different location did not have the 20 ft I reserved.
Luis TDolly was never in truck and I paid for it. Upon returning, my final bill charged me $120 for “damamged missing equipment”. Truck had no damage and nothing was missing!! Called Sisters Towing and someone hung up and never called me back. The quote I was given was a SCAM. Will never use either company again.
HELENA ATruck was parked behind another truck under a tree. After I found it I had to go back in to have someone move the 1 blocking me in. The one I rented has bird crap all over the windshield and had baked on. Not to mention tge large amount if bug splat never cleaned off. The box was clean. Someone left papers and trash inside from a previous rental. The 1 employee seemed like it was a bother. The one checking me back in was very nice. No one likes moving but the equipment worked. I wish this equipment identified NO RAMP because I expected one.

Carla MI do not know the real story. But I suspect the location rented my truck prior to my arrival to someone else. Was it them or a screw up from uhaul reservations. But I had a reservation for a 20 foot truck for saturday. Upon arrival i was told the truck I reserved was not available. I was bounced around by customer service for hours. At the end of the day I had to settle for a 15 foot truck 7 hours later. Uhaul ruined my trip as I was from out of state and travelling out of state. Because of you I had to sell my furniture because all of it would not fit in a 15 truck. There was no compensation from uhaul for your screw up, nothing. You guys ruined my trip. Terrible
RAUL EI picked up the UHaul and it was leaking oil. I had to wait for a mechanic before I could begin to use it for intended purpose. In addition, it was very difficult to drive the UHaul out of the parking lot due to many cars and tow trucks.

MARIA ZThe equipment was in good shape. There are two downsides to the Sisters Towing location: 1) I signed up to check out the truck with the personnel there. They claimed their system was down and said we needed to check out the truck using the online check-in. Switching over was difficult. The personnel there seemed to be reluctant to help us: "I'm an employee of Sister's Towing, not of Uhaul." So we were on our own to figure it out directly with Uhaul. 2) It wasn't possible to leave our car there while we rented the truck for a few hours. The parking lot was very crowded and we were told to not leave our car in the spot in which it was parked.
FRANCIS SThe office is not visible when you pull into the parking lot. Go to the farthest end of the building away from the entrance and you will find the office.
DARIN LI ordered a utility dolly and furniture dolly ahead of time, but was informed when I arrived that this location just doesn’t provide those. The truck was missing the windshield wiper on the driver side. When I informed the person who checked out the truck to me, they said there was nothing they could do and suggested taking the truck to a larger Uhaul central facility. It was raining, but I did get the truck there. They said there was nothing they could do as well. When I asked about exchanging the truck for one of the 40-50 trucks on site they refused to check what was available until I took the damaged truck back where I received it, and then returned to them.

Alvin NThe Truck was good truck, and I had no issues. The only complaint is this truck was dirty inside and I had to sweep it myself because too much debris including pieces of glass. Other than that good service and thanks for helping me moving. Good day

Jeremy WThe parking lot was very crowded with trucks and other vehicles, and I had to wait for a truck to move before I could get out of the parking lot. The people working at the U-Haul office were not very customer friendly. It took almost 15 minutes before someone came out from the office to assist me. I had already reserved the truck and paid for it in advance. Once they came out from the back office and acknowledged my presence they asked for my drivers license and took it to a back office. About 10-15 minutes (after asking another employee)
Carl BI thought that I would be able to check in using my phone, but couldn't. Thankfully, associates were there to help, but if I had picked up much later, would they have been there? That makes me a little nervous. I had reserved a furniture dolly and yes, it was removed from the order. I wish that I was notified earlier that it wasn't available so that I could have rented it elsewhere before my moving party came.

Wesley BWe reserved a 17’ truck and when we arrived there was no 17’ truck. The only truck available was a 15’ truck. Making sure inventory is on site and correct online would be really beneficial to future customers.

Antoinette EPeople were very nice & friendly, but, I arrived 20 minutes early and due to Uhauls policy, was going to be charged another day at first. Meanwhile, the trailer was not readily available. Had to move a tow truck & a car before I could get it, plus other problems arose. More than ate up the 20 minutes. As said, only redeeming factor was the friendliness of the staff. PS: the trailer had a large hole in the rear door.

(dollys and furniture pads were not with the truck that i ordered) still was charged $37 for them. wouldn’t ever rent from this location again or recommend to anyone.

Woman at the front was not friendly at all, took forever to print my receipt then proceeded to charge me extra for gas even though I filled the tank right back where I received it. There were cats all over the counter and waiting area couch so I had to wait outside due to my allergies to cats. Absolutely disgusting and unprofessional. The young man who took me to my Uhaul however was great.

Eric NI rented on Saturday 3/4/2023 morning 9.30 am and returned same day 2 pm 3/4/2023 the clerk kept the billing open until Tuesday evening 3/7/2023 and billed me excess of $180.00 / had to visit the outlet again and still my issue is yet to be resolved.

ADAM WI just noticed today I was charged for movers insurance when I didn’t ask for it.
Joseph BThey tried to charge me a $69 fuel charge for bringing it back at less than I took it. Luckily, I had taken a picture of the gauge when I picked it up to prove I was right and they removed the charge.
