We rented the 15' u-haul truck through the location in Sitka. Savannah, the representative there, was very helpful in setting up the reservation and checking the truck out to use for our one-way rental to Port Orchard, WA. Jeff, the Alaska area representative was very helpful and checked in frequently to make sure our plans were moving forward and to see if there was anything else he could help with. We would definitely recommend one-way rental from Alaska.
