I did a late night drop off, so no personnel to help. It was a mobile drop off and leave the key in a key drop, but it was easy peasy.

Dolores JFor whatever reason, the online pickup option did not work. The manager at Sitzes was helpful and took me through the process in 10 minutes or so.
John TYour rates are too expensive. It should not cost so much extra per mile to drive your vehicles, especially since the expectation is that the vehicle is returned with the same amount of gas as when it left. Though the experience with the local Uhaul dealer (a local storage facility) was great, I would never recommend your products due to the ridiculous cost associated with them.

GINGER BDon't understand why I had to call a answering service first to see if this location had a truck I needed.
BARRY SDon't charge people for things they didn't approve. It's so unprofessional and basically stealing. I will not use that location In the future ever again consider it a total loss of business. U-Haul needs to fix this but never will cause it hurt there bottom line. Just shows they care alot more about the money then there customers.

Robin SMake sure that the site and corporate car are working together. The use of a combination lock for the truck combination was not known by the car and we also had to wait 45 minutes to get the site person to remove the lock. Also, the truck had two windshield cracks when we received the truck. This was a serious safety concern. Finally, the lack of any paperwork made communication with your car very difficult.

CHRIS JWhen I picked a location for the truck I wanted, u-haul had me sent to another store miles from where I lived. So in other words, my truck was not ready and available for pick-up at my original pick-up even though I was told it would be.

Jason CMy contract says I was charged a $10 CDW coverage. I did not want any insurance when I rented the truck and signed the form declining coverage, I emailed the uhaul office and have not heard back. Please call me or email me back to explain the charges.

Laurie BI got charged $28 when I drop off truck at kingwood tx location for cleanjng. Truck was clean and roads were clean. I got truck with 3/4 fuel and I returned even more. Yet windshield were so damn dirty from tree sap that wipers couldn't work properly to wash it off. I spent more than 3o min scrapping it and washing it to be able to drive it 400 miles. So I got charged for shit truck. I want reinbursement of $28 that I got wrongfully charged today. Gave me my money back !!!!!

Bryan HWe got charged for an extra day and when I booked online it said we would have it until the 2nd and that is when we returned it. Not real happy about that. Also has to drive to a separate location to pick up the car dolly we ordered which was very inconvenient.
